Safety and protection of information

We respect your privacy. To be able to provide you with valuable services, we need to be aware of some of your data, which some of them are considered as personal information in terms of The Personal Data Protection Act no. 18/2018 Legal Code on Personal Data Protection Act and from day 25.5.2018 also in accordance with Regulation (EC) of the European Parliament and of the Council /EU/ 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (GDPR) as amended.

The operator undertakes to treat and dispose of your personal data in accordance with the current legislation of The Slovak Republic.

ID e-shop of the seller is registered at the Office of Personal Data Protection under the registration number 6097. The seller declares, that all personal data are confidential. They will only be used to perform a contract with the customer. All personal data are willingly provided by the customer to the seller for the purpose of fulfillment of the order, they are necessary for processing of the order, issuing the invoice and other acts according to the business conditions. If a customer refuses to provide the seller with the necessary data, the seller has the right to cancel the order. When ordering, the customer undertakes to provide the seller with true information. Providing false information is contrary to the General Terms and Conditions.

The contracting parties agree, that if the customer is individual, he/she is obliged to notify the seller:

• name and surname, exact address including ZIP and country
• e-mail address
• optional other addresses
• phone number
• if you buy as a company, in addition: business name, company ID, VAT number

None of the provided personal data will otherwise be disclosed, provided to a third party, and the like – except for the situation related to the distribution of ordered goods (name, delivery address, the phone number to the courier company). In connection with the processing of your personal data under the provision of § 15 par. 1 point e) paragraph 3 and 4 of Personal Data Protection Act it is assumed, that the data will be provided and accessible to the following third parties, resp. recipients – carriers:

We may also process your personal data after the original purpose of the processing, to the extent necessary for the purposes of accounting, archiving, statistics, research, and provide it to third parties or the general public with aggregated statistical information about customers, visit rate, turnover, and other data, but in an anonymized form that it will not be possible to identify our customers in any way.

The customer may withdraw the consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending a cancellation of the consent to this processing to the address: KVANT spol. s.r.o., FMFI UK Mlynska dolina, 842 48 Bratislava, Slovakia. Your account will be deactivated within 10 days from receiving the withdrawal of the consent and data will be deleted.
